Ruth and I went for a run -well actually i cycled today -down a farm cart track - pretty rough terrain but great countryside surrounding!

These are some of my family from when I was a child. I'm about eleven here and behind me (left to right) are my grandma and grandad on my mum's side and then my dad. The dog is Midge the Jack Russell that they had. Behind them is Uncle Bob's pigeon loft which he still keeps pigeons in to this day.

My mother

When I was driving the car yesterday in Hull I let a car out into the traffic in front of me, as you do, and the guy driving ~ he must have been at least 7O ~ gave me such a lovely thank you it made my day ~ he blew me a big kiss! He had a car full of old women too so I bet he was an interesting chap!!!
