Fans of The Sims will be immediately familiar with the 3D look & feel that makes but Nanny Mania. In a similar vein to other time management games, you have to complete a series of tasks without getting into a panic-addled wreck. Doesn't quite have the variety that the likes of Diner Dash throw up, IMO
