Time management games round up

The straight up Queen of time management is Flo (last name unknown), an executive with entrepreneurial spirit, who quits her top dollar job to become a waitress.

It's good because: it's the original deal. Before hidden object games came to down Flo was the hottest thing on the block.

If Flo was a soap-star turned "proper actor" she would be: Sarah Lancashire. Ex-wife of Coronation Street's "Curly" and now found appearing in all manner of 9pm TV dramas, some of which are almost watchable.

Jill Evans from Cake Mania

Sadly, I can't find a great deal of back story on Jill, other than that she seems like a decent sort of girl, who is willing to rescue her grandparents bakery in an act of selfless kindness. She also wins kudos for setting up a bakery - specialising in frosted cakes - rather than a greasy spoon ala Flo. For that reason alone...

...if Jill was a soap star turned "proper actor" she would be: Tamsin Outhwaite. Like Jessie Wallace, but 100 times more talented.

For my money, Emily is the poor man's Flo. Where Flo had authenticity and entrepreneurial spirit, Emily has only a vacant stare and a love of cold, hard cash. Effectively, Delicious was the merger of Cake Mania and Diner Dash into one time management bake off. Nothing original, clever or talented here - but it did the job.
