Now, this is interesting. One of my favourite game genres of recent times has been the "escape from the room you've randomly woken up in by solving a series of obscure clues" - the seminal Crimson Room is the best introduction to the genre, and well worth playing.

The BBC have taken the principle to the next level, however, with CDX, quite possibly the most lavish flash game ever.
