This is interesting. Kudos builds on the simulation theme we are seeing in more and more games (see Virtual Villagers). In the game you take control of every aspect of your character's life, including their education, their hobbies, career, and loads of other stuff.
Think The Sims meets a football management game, and you've sort of got it
