ANYWAY..........................

I got sick and tired of the upgrade  to 9.1 thingy popping up so I agreed to upgrade- - -

Big mistake. . .

I couldn't get  it to open and sign me in...oh a thingy popped up told me what I could TRY... nope,nada-zilch..So,frustrated I opened IE and signed into AOL -found my journal and  it said sign in-(again) so I  click sign in-journal can't be found on this server(HUH??-I'm looking right at it-just can't add entry etc.)Sooo,frustrated I sign out.I go to open windows messenger to let my children know that I won't be online-I'm going to do a reset my computer to an earlier time(before installing 9.1) and my daughter wasn't online so I click send an e-mail-THEN AOL  9.0 pops on the screen siging me in -woo-hoo I'm now online with AOL 9.0 and into my own journal-

BIG question-will I be able to click the icon  and get online or have to do it half-assed like this every time??

Guess we'll see-ANYWAY. . . . .I'm glad I got on here and forget their 9.1 they can---well----\KEEP IT!!!!!/

  Typical AOHell not working *groan*  I've not seen anything about upgrading.  Think I shall avoid it if I can ;-)

  I downloaded  the 9.1 and now can't get red of it!!  It has  more pop-ups and bugs in i t than can br counted ::sigh::

  We upgraded as well and had problems signing on at first ~ we then figured out that you can click on "sign off" on the top bar and it will bring up the normal sign in screen.  Since hubby & I both have different accounts it was a bit confusing at first.  I haven't had any other problems...yet ~ but it seems everytime AOL tries to upgrade something they end up making it worse before it gets better.

  DON'T DO IT... a friend of mine did it on two of her computers and it screwed up her both computers, one was brand new. She's had AOL people helping her and they don't know how to fix it apparently something was ate up on her old version and AOL doesn't know how to get it back. Lovely, huh?

  The upgrade will be available to us in the UK in the next couple of weeks, this explains why those who have upgraded are having problems as you describe and not getting alerts etc.
