ABOUT THE COOKERY BOOKS ITSELF
Now you might say, "Oh no. Not another book on Indian Cookery in the town. We are already finding it difficult to cook any dish from the complicated Indian cookery books already sold in the market. Every Indian gets up and start writing Indian books on Indian cookery. We can not even read and follow up what is happening. The books are too complicated."
But hello, I have got a good news for all of you and the good news is that I had done all your thinking for you, your measurement of food for you, measurements of spices for you, chosen a cookery method for you that you will remember in your brain computer and thus you will not need to purchase any more books on Indian cookery or open a page of any cookery books for to find out," how much salt, how much masala, etc" is required.
e.g we Indian women never do any measurements or look for a recipe in any cookery books as all the information is known to us already:

Writng cookery books is an art and not just listing a list of ingredients. Each ingredient has to have its own place in the index unless the writer wants to make recipe look complicated.
I call that a mischief on a purpose to make the writers as a VIP and the reader as stupid person who can not cook or understand a recipe.
I AM THUS A DESIGNER OF INDIAN RECIPE BOOK.
That makes me a DESIGNER TOO. Yes. You are right. I am a designer. e,g I can design the style to write ingredients in such a way that you yourself will become a designer.
Please take my advice and dress up for this ROYAL INDIAN FOOD as its taste is better if you are well dressed up for dinner.e.g blue genes and a polo is not a match for this Royal Indian Food. But the choice is yours.
COMPLICATED INDIAN COOKERY BOOKS
Most cookery books writers make things difficult for you to understand and the fact is that many people do not understand that recipe they are looking for. I think that these writers do not know how to write a cookery book in the first place. These writers do not know how to design the lay out of the book either.
My favourite English cookery teachers as Dalia Smith as she is a true college lecturar as she concentarte more on teaching then on jumping infornt of cameras and be a commedian at the same time. But there was a great pleasure in watching the past "Galloping Gourmet" cookery programe shown on TV many years ago when the cook was serious cook when he was cooking but he used to run to the tbale to eat his own cooked food and would tell us that his food was tasty.
I can inform you that I also cook some of the European dishes and I am very fond of some pasta in white cheesy sauce or meat sauce, Mausaka, and Chiili corn carne and Roast meets:Beef, lamb, chicken , fish and chips, shephered pie and Steaks:Fillet, rump, teabone etc and veal escalopes.
