I'd like to introduce a new j-lander.... this weight loss journal  started a month ago, but she hasn't had any visitors.... please join me in welcoming her to J-land!!!  I'm sure she'd really appreciate it.

18:47:49 o'clock BST Kerry has returned to J-land to tell us that her new baby was born (by C-section) safe and well back in May. Her previous baby was born asleep nearly two years ago, and Kerry had an anxious time through this latest pregnancy - but all is well. Pop along and leave some congratulations.

Feeling Cheerful

I would like to make an entry in honor of >>Dad from Dad's Tomato Garden Journal. Today is his 95th Birthday, his name is Ray White.

 

He made his first journal entry on August 25th 2003. He is America's Oldest blogger . An article featuring him is>>>here.

He is a faithful blogger and makes an entry every day except Sunday which is his daughter Mary and his go to meeting day. He has two children whos names are Mary and Jim. His wife Earlene has passed and been gone for several years. His friend Boyd has made a webpage for him on her with their pictures and contains a beautiful poem was written by Mary, their daughter. I feel like it is an honor to wish Him a very Happy Birthday and may he have may more happy tomato growing years.

I have been reading his journal for over three years now. If you feel so inclined please go over and wish him a very Happy Birthday. He is such a special person. Helen

Lori's son, Todd, remains very ill and the doctor's are struggling to find out what's wrong.  Please call around to Lori and offer her your support. She and her husband were looking forward to making the drive out to Seattle and taking an Alaskan cruise~that's been canceled.  And I was to meet them for lunch on August 30th.  We'll have another chance for lunch...we just want to know that their dear son is on the mend.
