It's been a cracking day two with Rodney losing out to Janice, who I think I'm getting used to as she seems not quite so ... well ... mental. Then Janice's team scored another win - after the first day I didn't think they'd win a thing! Adding Katie from The Apprentice into the mix was delicious. No big blow ups yet but you just know that it's coming! No great surprise that Janice got picked again for the next challenge, looks like the public really want to see how far she can be pushed. She could be a reasonable outside bet to win if she can keep it together - she might well have met her match in a double team of Katie and Lynne Franks!

Poor Rodney's not pooed for seven days, that's not right. No wonder his energy was low and it was funny to see how crestfallen he was that he'd been beaten by a girl! For John to then get beaten by 'girls' as well was just classic.

I've never really watched Ant and Dec before but they're brilliant. So natural as a team and genuinely funny. Great presenters and great hosts, I'm going to enjoy watching them each night.

Dipped into the 'extra' show but not really fussed with the behind the scenes stuff right now.

Definitely looking forward to the teams coming together tomorrow.

Ooh and what about the budding romance with Cerys!?! I don't know what diet she was on after having a kid but I'd definitely give it a go if I ended up with a body like that. OK, not exactly like that as that would look a little weird maybe it's all those backwards sit-ups. I'll go and give that a go now...
