The word is "hear, hear" and not the way you write it "here, here", which has no meaning at all.  It is used in British courts to tell the people to listen up, or didn't you know that?????  I get so tired of Americans spelling things phonetically, without having any idea of the meaning of what they are writing. I am an American but foreign educated, so why is my spelling better than that of most people.  It is embarrassing.  One wrong letter, one wrong number could launch an unexpected disaster.  So I say ""watch the details"and be aware.........
