Feeling Quiet
Some Spring views ...
Hello!
The above photos of Winnie the Pooh and Tigger are paintings which I did on the walls of our granchildren's bedroom. I took them for posterity as they no longer exist. They are too grown up for murals and such now. Lol!
The other photos were taken yesterday on my way home from work.
The views were spectacular as I sat outside for five minutes before I came home again. The others are of the homeward journey alongside the lake.
I'm sure you will agree the views were breathtaking and I just had to stop for a 'Photoshoot'! Lol!
I just had to share the moment with you all.
Spring is truly here in the Lakes although the forecast for the weekend does predict some sleet or snow. At least this week there have been a few little tempting morsels of the fine weather to come. That's enough of a carrot for me to hang on in there.
We are off up to the Borders tomorrow to visit and look after our grandchildren as Samantha has work to go to.
I hope the weather allows us to set off early tomorrow morning.
Bryan is going to hang some shelves in Ryan's room then make another one for Ryan's keyboard which he got for Christmas.
He will get pleasure in doing that.
I can't wait to see Samantha's garden as she tells me she has planted lots of flowers, bulbs and seeds.
So...if I am not paying your journal a visit you know where I am.
Have a lovely weekend.

And A Meadow Lark Sang
The child whispered, "God, speak to me." And a meadow
lark sang, but the child did not hear.
So the child yelled, "God, speak to me!" And the
thunder rolled across the sky, but the child did not
listen.
Thechild looked around and said, "God let me see you."
And a star shone brightly, but the child did not
notice.
And the child shouted, "God show me a miracle!" And a
life was born, but the child did not know.
So the child cried out in despair, "Touch me God, and
let me know you are here!" Whereupon God reached down
And touched the child.
But the child brushed the butterfly away and walked
away unknowingly.

Great pictures! I'm so glad you are having such nice weather. We've been blessed with mild weather here as well, and I hope it continues.

I like the Pooh mural. My wife once did something similar for our girls.
