We now have over 100 signatures!  That places us in the top 50 open petitions in the "Life in the community" category on the Downing Street petition site. 

HOWEVER, according to their FAQs, we need at least 200 signatures before we can expect a response - and we have little more than a week to get them!

PLEASE, if you haven't already, DO SIGN!

AND pass the link on through your own local networks to reach out to other neighbours so they can add their support to our campaign!

Petition creation questions

What will happen to my petition once it is finished?

Once your petition has closed, usually provided there are200 signatures or more, it will be passed to officials who work for the Prime Minister in Downing Street, or sent to the relevant Government department for a response.

Every person who signs such a petition will receive an email detailing the Government's response to the issues raised.
