Give the Zimmers a chance Alan

The Apprentice - Week 7 :

I have watched the Apprentice a few times now and all I can say is these are supposed to be the cream of UK Job Hunters that Alan (hes just an ordinary bloke who shouldnt need to be addressed as Sir) is even considering for a Job in his organisation then God help us.

All they have had is a University or College education (in some cases) OK, they are young but, with the very odd exception, in the odd case here and there basically, they havent got a bloody clue.

Stop pratting about Alan, there are a load of Older folks with experience who could take these exercises your dishing out and make them all work.

Ok, so, you could maybe not mould them into your ideal clone but, my view is the arse licking would perhaps stop and they would get out there and get the job done for you without much fuss. Of course the six figure salary you keep going on about would have to be higher than the runts of the litter are being offered.

Unless this programme is just a showpiece for (Sir) Alan to show off his quips and practiced comments, one liners then come on get real, get rid of these idiots and get some old folks in there to show them how its done.  Let them polish up their Zimmers and get to the Bun fight..

By the way, whats with the Grand entrance into the board room each time, You have already made it Allen, you dont need to play the all conquering Leader parading through the Glass Doors mate. Neither do you need to waste time looking posh by having the nice young lady pass on your comments Parrot fashion, (Sir Alan will see you now, you can go through to the Boardroom).

Get off your backside Alan and stick your head through the door and ask them yourself, the exercise will do you good.

Your two watchers do a reasonable job but, you are getting the information secondhand Alan, get out there yourself and see what these idiots are up to. Remember too, they are over 40! and they are not ready for the scrapheap just yet....

So far the track record of the top dogs hasnt been too good from your selection knockout proceedure, you have one guy who has apparently left and a young lady who left because she was "up the duff", Come on, you harp on about your barrow boy roots, dont be so lazy, you havent done so bad yourself so far, you made it to the over 60's club so I amsure you must realise that there are over 60's who could still give these kids a run for their money..

Give it a try, at least the pension fund wont be hit as hard.
