Most haunted is a programme about ghost hunts and the paranormal. Ian Shillito is a spiritulist medium who connects the physical world to the spirit world he talks to spirits ( ghosts) via his spirit guide(s). so somtimes Yvette Fielding a paranormal investigator gets a little freaked out and gets scared or crys, because she is scared of dereks actions. but the number one thing that the most haunted crew try to do is to prove that ghost exist!
Most Haunted live! is kind of the same programme but its a live show with an audience and a presenter, most haunted live is a very good show because it is not planned and it also gives the fans to get involed in the show and also meet the crew!. they never know whats going to happen (watch Pendle Hill!) and if you have internet access you can watch the live webcams to spot any paranormal activity!
I would rate these two programmes 10 out of 10 simply because they are so good to watch!
