Dartmouth AFC

We took delivery yesterday of the floodlight pylons and our contractors are aiming to have the installation complete by June 6th

The 50' pylons had an interesting trip to Dartmouth leaving from Kingfisher Forgemasters in Mansfield and travelling round the narrow roads of South Hams on a huge transporter.

At one stage they could not be unloaded into the Longcross ground and spent the night in the Park and Ride so that Sportslighting could assemble the heavy lifting gear to do this

Thanks to Dave Duffy for masterminding this.  I cant wait to see them erected and for our first evening game of the new season when we plan to have a celebratory switching on ceremony
