Dear Friends

I have had to step down next season as club Chairman and the illustrious Mr Gary Lobb is your new Chairman, ably assisted by a new President, Dave Duffy. Hopefully they will not have to grapple with the serious issues I had to, and football will become more fun again. To those of you who e mailed with kind comments, I'm remaining on the committee and will see to it that the price of beer remains the lowest in Dartmouth.

Your new blogger will be the talented Neil Patey and he tells me that next season he will be assisted by 3 high tech boffins who will be seeking to extend and improve my own amateur coverage of the last 12 months

To mark the club's Centenary I've written a little book called "100 years of football in Dartmouth". It's to be published shortly and if you want a copy it might be wise to book one in advance
