My sister and I and Nursey makes three

Our guardian angel watches us, as we run free

With buckets and spades sand and seaweed

And we shall have bread and lovely honey for tea

Reading and writing as good children are we

Good little children up to a degree

We play with merry a quip and a tee hee! hee!

And surely we shall have bread and honey for tea

Time to come in children, come down from the tree

Put on your pinnies now then we shall see

I shall look in the cupboard the larder and pantry

Then together again we shall sit and have honey for tea.
