There is one last thing lieutenant...

...If Godzilla or a T-Rex or something equally massive (and out of the ordinary) tramples on your house and destroys it, would the insurance company pay up? Or would it be marked down to "an act of God"? If so, would the government pay for the rebuilding? If I were Prime Minister I would have a secret slush fund especially ear marked for this type of thing: massive monsters, alien strikes, AWOL super-intelligent military robots, giant meteors...

You can never be too prepared, right?

Sweet? Mate, I might sound like I'm out of a Jane Austen novel, but I have big vampire teeth. You're just lucky you're across the water. I'll be in Bournemouth in the summer, so Danny Stack et al better watch out... ; )

BLASPHEMY?  Oh, that's cute.  Almost sweet.  See, I've taught 14-year-olds, and Hell can't do much to scare me.  I suspect when I get there, I'll land a job in middle management.

That's like, BLASPHEMY, surely??! We'll soon see, anyway... Maybe if you get struck by lightning you could post a pic on your blog!

Anyway, which God should pay? There are lots. That would also mean people who worship multiple deities would get more compensation? Hindus would be well in the money for one! ; )

I think churches should start paying for "act of God" accidents and disasters.  I mean, they are always collecting money.  Seems they should cover it.
